About K1

We are a boutique advisory firm providing best-in-class strategy consulting services to a range of businesses irrespective of their size and scale. Our mission is to democratize access to high-caliber talent and strategic thinking, helping companies unlock their full potential.

No matter where you are in your journey — a founder with an idea, an emerging brand or a market leader — we can support your needs with a flexible range of project engagements. We believe in working collaboratively to deliver meaningful insights and actionable strategies that shape business decisions, not just handing over another fancy slide deck.
